We are looking for story ideas that tell the story of our Transplant Center since its inception in 1963. These story ideas do not need to be recent patients or medical advancements, but should really represent what makes us unique and a leader in this field. It should help in conveying all that goes into hitting a milestone of 10,000 transplants. The types of stories we are interested in hearing about are:
- Patient story
- A compelling patent story that highlights our medical expertise in transplant. This patient should have an interesting dynamic, hook or unique circumstance, which makes the story more interesting.
- Science & research
- A medical advancement that took place here, which has contributed to what transplant is today.
- Transplant staff member
- A team member that has a unique connection to transplant, has been a part of the team for an extensive period of time or goes above and beyond for patients on a regular basis.
