Fall prevention awareness day is in September, and Barnes-Jewish Hospital is partnering with the Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis to help you determine your risk. This event is free to the public.
The fall prevention screening will include:
- Balance screenings
- Fall risk assessment
- Home modification guidance
- Blood pressure and glucose checks
- Educational resources
- Pharmacist on site
- Vision checks
