Fairview Heights stroke expert dies; Washington U. physician was known for his research, work

Dr. Abdullah Nassief of Fairview Heights, one of the region''s premier experts on stroke, died Tuesday in University City, Mo., while playing soccer, one of his favorite pastimes. He was 43.
