2014 Patient Safety & Quality Symposium features “High Reliability at the Bedside”
Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis Children’s Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine will
host the third annual Patient Safety & Quality Symposium on Feb. 21, 2014, at the Eric P. Newman Education Center.

If accepted, all presenters by abstract submission are consenting to allow their abstract to be posted in .pdf format on Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis Children’s Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine Patient Safety intranet web pages and/or the Symposium registration website.

Abstract: (Title, Author(s), Abstract)
- Editing will not be done prior to publication, so please proofread your abstract carefully.
- Abstracts must be written in English.
- Any abbreviations used, must be included in parentheses first, following the full word(s).
- The title is limited to 20 words.
- List all authors.
- The abstract is limited to 400 words, not including title and author information.
- Include references as appropriate.
If your abstract is accepted, you then must also complete and send the abstract disclosure of interest form for each author/co-author, which will be provided later.
Authors who do not want to be considered for an oral presentation should indicate their preference for “poster only” during the abstract submission process.
