A patient liaison acts as a communicator between patients and health care providers to help improve or maintain a high quality of health care for the patients.
During your visit, it is our privilege to serve and care for you. Our goal is to provide you with exceptional medical care, compassion and excellent customer service during your time of need. Patient liaisons are available to listen and respond to questions, comments or concerns about your hospital stay.
For assistance, call 314.362.6100 Monday through Friday 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. In the evenings or on weekends, call the hospital operator at 314.362.5000 and ask for a nursing supervisor.
