Dr. Binder specializes in Geriatrics, including dementia diagnosis and care, functional decline, rehabilitation, and problems with medication management. Her research has focused on hip fracture rehabilitation, exercise in older adults, hormone replacement therapy, and nursing home care. Dr. Binder has a consultation practice at the Older Adults Health Center and is accepting new patients. She does not accept patients for primary care. Recognized as a "Best Doctor " in the August 2012 issue of St. Louis Magazine.
