Offers families peace-of-mind and a caring place for dependent adults. Located at Christian Hospital Northeast. Priority consideration is given to BJC team members.

Financial assistance for team members who adopt a child. Available after one year of employment.

Financial assistance and time off provided for qualifying catastrophic events.

Available to help balance work and responsibilities at home.
- Smoke-Free Work Environment
To promote a smoke free work environment, Barnes-Jewish offers smoking cessation programs to team members at no cost.

Health coaches can assist in making healthy lifestyle changes. Ergonomic specialists will reduce the risk of injury and improve team member comfort.

On-campus programs for exercise and weight-control management.
- Charitable Contributions and Volunteer Opportunities
Barnes-Jewish is a major contributor to the United Way, including the annual fundraising drive and Days of Caring, a program that gives team members an opportunity to serve as a corporate volunteer within United Way agencies. Team members are given many opportunities to participate in hospital-sponsored activities and events and affiliated community organizations.
