Accounting and Finance
Support the strategic, financial and capital planning functions of the hospital through analysis, report preparation, participation in the planning process, business development, and presentations to management , executive staff and physicians. Maintain accurate accounting records for internal and external reporting purposes. Support patients and families by ensuring accurate charges and creating efficient operational processes and procedures. Join the teams in roles from entry level to leadership, including Accounting or Finance Assistant, Financial/Accounting /Data Analyst, or Finance/Accounting Supervisor or Manager.
Every step is taken to provide an excellent environment for patients and families by ensuring the hospital is appropriate cleaned to be visually pleasing and safe. This includes patient rooms, public areas, and all related equipment. This vital department hires at all levels from entry level through supervisory, training and management positions.
Food and Nutrition
Our qualified staff services patient nutritional needs during their stay, prepares and serves families, visitors, and staff members in our restaurant, 3 cafeterias and 3 coffee bars, and provides catering for special events and functions. Facilities and Operations
Our facilities engineering area maintains 6 million square feet of facilities, and is comprised of engineers, mechanics, and support staff. The construction team of coordinators and technicians manage construction projects, budgets, and related tasks such as building maintenance and improvements. Performance improvement engineers serve patients, family and staff by supporting and maintaining technology equipment, medical equipment, and health and safety functions.
The security and communications/dispatch teams concentrate on safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff within the hospital and on campus. The department provides field officers, bike and mobile patrol, investigators, and a communication unit for monitoring alarm systems and dispatching officers to service and emergency calls. Parking and valet services are responsible for providing safe, friendly and convenient parking and transportation services for patients, visitors, employees, physicians and volunteers.
The concierge and information desk representatives provide a wide variety of excellent services to all users of the hospital. They can assist with directions, meet and greet, escort, provide information such as campus maps, discounted lodging information, referrals and directions to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, transportation services, car rental, babysitting, attractions and much more.
Operator services / Call Center
Operator services is the connection between patient, family and staff for general purposes and emergency situations. The staff consists of professional and friendly customer service representatives, operators, leads, and managers. The mission of the department is to provide professional and courteous service and ensure callers can quickly reach patients, family members, friends and staff.
