How much of my gift actually benefits the patients of Barnes-Jewish Hospital? Every cent given to the Foundation is used to support the mission of the hospital. We deduct no administrative fees.

May I make a gift in honor of or in memory of someone? Yes. The Foundation calls these “tribute gifts.” We welcome you to make a gift in honor of or in memory of someone important to you, like a spouse, child, relative, friend, doctor, or nurse, or to honor a special occasion, like a birthday or recovery. Per your wishes, we will inform a person or family that you have made this special gift.

Will the person who receives notice of my honor/memorial gift know how much I gave? No. The Foundation does not include gift amount information in the notice—only your kind wishes.

Is the Foundation’s online giving site secure? Yes.  All information entered on the Foundation's online giving form is encrypted to prevent any outside party from accessing it.
