The Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital’s annual fundraising gala illumination makes the future brighter in St. Louis and beyond by supporting breakthrough cancer research at the Siteman Cancer Center. In 2013, the event raised nearly $1.8 million for cancer research with the help of our generous community. Special musical guest was Steve Martin and The Steep Canyon Rangers.

Pedal the Cause

Registration opens March 8, 2013

Pedal the Cause is an annual bike ride fundraising challenge held in St. Louis. Proceeds benefit the Siteman Cancer Center through The Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital's Cancer Frontier Fund, as well St. Louis Children's Hospital. In 2012, nearly 1,800 riders raised more than $2 million for cancer research.

Kristin Chenoweth was the musical entertainment, and did a fantastic job revving up the crowd and providing a once-in-a-lifetime performance which helps the Barnes-Jewish Hospital Foundation raise funds to benefit the Siteman Cancer Center at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine. <br />
