Meet a Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College Fellow!

For her master’s thesis, Suping Bao, RN, is studying patients with Alzheimer’s disease, and their respective caregivers, about their perspectives of hospice care and end-of-life issues. An adult nurse practitioner graduate student and an oncology nurse at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Bao was the recipient of the 2008-2009
Ruth and Sam Hacker Graduate Nursing Research Fellowship in Aging, funded by Dorismae and Harvey A. Friedman. The fellowship includes support for educational, conference and research endeavors in the field of memory and aging.
