Easing Stress

To relieve tension if you're feeling stressed, try alternate nostril breathing, a yoga move. Here's one version: While sitting down, use your right thumb to block your right nostril. Breathe deeply through your left nostril several times. Pause briefly each time after you inhale and exhale. Then, switch nostrils and repeat.
