Berry Smoothie

Serves: 2

Nutrition:
Packed with calcium, protein, fiber, potassium and vitamin C.

Ingredients:

  • 1 c. calcium-fortified orange juice
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped mixed berries- fresh or frozen
  • 1 c. fat free vanilla or plain yogurt

Directions:
Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
