Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program - Exercise program designed specifically for individuals with all forms of arthritis and other bone and joint afflictions. A combination of seated, standing, and floor activities to help make life with arthritis easier and more pain free.
Indoor Cycling - This specialty class is the perfect blend of mind and body. The music and atmosphere will be unline any class you have taken! You will sweat, burn calories and have a blast doing it!
Fusion - This specialty class combines Yoga with the core strength workout of Mat Pilates that will engage the mind and body in developing strong, flexible muscles.
Group Exercise Classes - The latest styles in aerobics, including kettlebell, bootcamp and body sculpting. Certified and well-trained instructors ensure a safe, challenging and fun classes. Classes held morning and evenings. General classes are free to members. Specialty classes are $50 for 10 classes (member rate) or $80 for 10 classes (non-member rate).
Massage Therapy - Escape from a busy work day by pampering yourself with a well-deserved massaged. Massage therapists are certified and able to perform various types of massage including sports, Swedish and more. Both table and chair massages are available.
New! Mommy Fit - New moms get the chance to combine exercise with much needed peer interaction, while including baby in the program. No babysitter necessary! Mommy Fit is a six-week, 60-minute fitness program that focuses on cardio, strength and flexibility, adult socialization and bonding with baby.
Nutrition Counseling - For those who need education in proper nutrition, are having trouble losing weight no matter how hard they exercise, or are looking to improve their overall athletic performance, a nutritionist can help! Using a Registered Dietician will help you understand how to reach your goals faster, perform better and be healthier!
OASIS Better Balance- Strengthen muscles and bones with a mix of aerobic and strength training. Sessions vary in cost and all schedules can be located on the OASIS website. All payments are made through OASIS directly online.
Personal Training - For those who are inexperienced, need some direction, or want to try a new type of training, an exercise specialist or physiologist will design an exercise program tailored to your specific needs and instruct you during each workout.
Yoga - This specialty class offers options for both beginners and advance participants as we flow through sequences focusing on both alignment and breath. Join us as we lengthen and strengthen the body while releasing the mind!
Zumba - Join the party, and join those who’d rather have a blast! Zumba is the latest Latin dance craze to make your workouts seems less like a workout and more like a party in the middle of your day. This is a specialty class.
