Training Philosophy: My background as a Respiratory Therapist, paramedic, and a sustained yoga practice provides a considerable foundation of knowledge with special focus in chronic pain and stress conditions. Through my massage practice I utilize all my training to provide the best results for my clients. In teaching yoga, I convey the distinction that it is not just exercise. Yoga can provide a much needed approach to living a full life through movement, breathing, meditation, using proper alignment and breathing techniques.
