Dr. Braverman is a Professor of Medicine in Cardiology at Washington University School of Medicine. He specializes in heart disease and cardiovascular disease, including Marfan Syndrome, coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, congestive heart failure, acute myocardial infarction and pulmonary disease, with procedures that include aortic dissection, thoracic aortic dissection and bicuspid aortic valve repair and replacement. He is director of the Marfan Syndrome Clinic at Washington University and chief-of-service for inpatient cardiology at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Dr. Braverman is consistently recognized in "The Best Doctors in America" list.
