Dr. Dacey focuses his practice on neurovascular disorders; stereotactic radiosurgery; stereotactic surgery; cerebrovascular surgery; neurological surgery; diagnosis and treatment of brain tumors including: meningiomas, gliomas, metastasis and pituitary tumors; gamma-knife radiosurgery; and carpal tunnel surgery. Recognized as a "Best Doctor " in the August 2011 issue of St. Louis Magazine. Dr. Dacey was elected to the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences, one of the highest honors in health and medicine that medical scientists in the United States can receive. In addition, he is the 2012 president of the Society of Neurological Surgeons which is the oldest neurosurgical society in the world.
