Fusion: Fusion is the combination of Yoga along with a core strength workout of Mat Pilates that will engage the mind and body in developing strong, flexible muscles, without building bulk.

Yoga Flow: Flow is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.

FitFlexx: This class is perfect for those wanting to stay fit and increase flexibility.

Seniors In Motion: This class offers functional fitness, weekly blood pressure checks, balance, mobility, and coordination work, and socialization opportunities.  Seniors in motion will help to improve activities of daily living. 

Zumba: Ditch the workout, join the party! Zumba is the latest Latin dance craze to make your workouts seem less like a workout and more like a party.

Spinning: Experience the perfect blend of mind and body.  The music and atmosphere will be unlike any class you have taken!  You will sweat, burn calories and have a blast doing it!

Athletic Intervals: Series of low- to high-intensity intervals with rest or relief periods. The high-intensity periods are typically at or close to anaerobic exercise, while the recovery periods involve activity of lower intensity. 

Total Body Conditioning (TBC): Body conditioning using all types of resistance tools such as dumbbells, agility ladders and much more.

TAIJIFIT: is a mind/body workout that combines the best of traditional Taiji (Tai Chi) with modern Western fitness. It’s a workout for any age or fitness level, and you will experience the FLOW of Taiji whether it’s your first class or 100th. 

Cardio Mix: A fun and innovative way to work your muscles as well as increase your cardiovascular strength. This workout is guaranteed to make you sweat AND have a lot of fun.

Tabata Camp: Tabata training is one of the most effective types of High Intensity Training.

Cardio Boot Camp: Combination of interval training, cardio, and strength to start your workday. Class will have many different formats to keep your workout intense each week.

Core Concepts: Build strength, power, and endurance that transcend the training environment into day-to-day functionality.

HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training. Bring your “A” game…

Plyo Power: an athletic-based cardiovascular legs program. Master the mechanics of squatting, lunging and simple agilities you can find or rediscover the athlete inside you, by training smarter first. 

Intermediate Yoga: a mixed-level class that focuses on strength, flexibility, alignment, and breath mastery.

Power Sculpt: 30 minutes of sculpting your frame with a variety of moves and equipment.

PT Xtreme: Join a small group for Xtreme Personal Training (reg. required)

Power Pump: A complete push, pull, muscle building workout.

W.O.W. Women on Weights: A small group class designed for women to learn the benefits of resistance training.

*Acro Yoga: A physical practice which combines yoga and acrobatics ($20 nonmembers, $10 members)
