Includes a complete nutritional analysis, goal setting and personalized nutrition strategies.

 

 

 

 

Total Nutrition Make-Over

This is our six-week nutrition boot camp. It includes a nutrition analysis, goal setting and personalized nutrition strategies along with a grocery store tour and five 30 minute follow-up coaching sessions

Qualifications

Nutritionists apply the science of human nutrition to help people select food to attain, maintain and promote health. Our nutritionist has a Bachelors degree in nutrition and is a Registered Dietician with experience in counseling and weight management.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that it is not always possible to make scheduled appointments. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeit of deposit. Time allotment for scheduled sessions will not be exceeded, even when a client is late for an appointment.
