Jason Wellen, MD, is a Washington University transplant surgeon at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Dr. Wellen focuses his practice on all aspects of kidney, pancreas and liver transplantation sugrery. He specializes in laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Wellen is the surgical director of the Washington University and Barnes-Jewish kidney transplant and kidney-pancreas transplant programs.
