TUMMY TUCK (ABDOMINOPLASTY)

An abdominoplasty, also known as a tummy tuck, removes extra skin from the front of the abdomen, removes stretch marks between the belly button and the pubic area, and tightens lax abdominal muscles. In the appropriate person, an abdominoplasty provides a more dramatic result in the abdomen than any of the liposuction techniques.

Scars are placed in the lower abdomen to help conceal them. There are several forms of abdominolasty that can be customized to the individual characteristics of our patients. These include the standard abdominoplasty, a short scar mini-abdominoplasty, or the extended abdominoplasty. Abdominoplasties are performed in women or men.
