Taking a Wrist Break

To stretch tired wrists: Hold your arm out straight and put your hand in a "stop" position. Use your other hand to pull back your fingers for three seconds, then turn your wrist downward and pull the back of the hand toward you for three seconds. Repeat on the other hand.
