Group Exercise Class Descriptions


Ab Lab (20 min): An ab-crunching good time! Work on core muscles to supplement your routine.

Cardio Blast: Cardio blast is a fun and innovative way to work your muscles as well as increase your cardiovascular strength. This workout is guaranteed to make you sweat AND have a lot of fun.

Cardio Boot Camp: Combination of interval training, cardio, and strength to start your workday. Class will have many different formats to keep your workout intense each week.

Cardio Interval: Combination of interval training, cardio, and strength in the middle of the workday to sweat out stress. This class is a guaranteed butt-kicking good time.

Cardio Kickboxing: A combination of aerobics, boxing and martial arts! Try out this total-body workout that will improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance!

Core Concepts: Build strength, power and endurance that transcends the training environment into day-to-day functionality.

Flow: A combination of yoga, tai chi and pilates.

Guts & Butts: Tighten and tone your abs and glutes in this gut-wrenching workout!

Hip Hop Attack: A cardio experience using hip hop moves to good "solid" beats.

HITT: High Intensity Interval Training. Bring your "A" game...

Kettlebell Kombos: A varied series of multi-muscle exercises blended smoothly together that build lean muscle, burn fat and raise your heart rate.

Mini Boot Camp (20 min): A quick and fun way to take a break from the day and get a great workout.

Power Pump: A total body barbell muscle conditioning workout that will re-shape your body.

Total Body Conditioning: Use this class to condition your total body head-to-toe with agility, endurance, and strength work!

"Y" Cycle: A fun filled class with thirty minutes of yoga and thirty minutes of cycling!

Specialty Class Descriptions

Better Balance (Oasis): Improve or restore your balance skills; Sessions vary in cost and all schedules can be located on the OASIS website. All payments are made through OASIS directly online.

Fusion: A combination of Yoga and Tai Chi stretching along with a core strength workout of Mat Pilates that will engage the mind and body in developing strong, flexible muscles, without building bulk.

Indoor Cycling:
The perfect blend of mind and body. The music and atmosphere will be unlike any class you have taken! You will sweat, burn calories and have a blast doing it! Classes run for 30-minutes or 45-minutes, class times noted on schedule. After 5 minutes, if you are not present your bike will be given away.

Seniors in Motion: This class offers functional fitness, weekly blood pressure checks, balance, mobility, coordination work and socialization opportunities. Seniors in motion will help to improve activities of daily living.

Yoga: Offers options for both beginners and advance participants as we flow through sequences focusing on both alignment and breath. Join us as we lengthen and strengthen the body while releasing the mind!

Zumba: Join the party, and join those who’d rather have a blast! Zumba is the latest Latin dance craze to make your workouts seems less like a workout and more like a party in the middle of your day.
