September 18, 2009, ST. LOUIS - On September 21, Rams players including event captains Will Witherspoon and Josh Brown will join with other Rams' players, coaches, staff and team doctors to teach women the X's and O's of football in a fun and energetic atmosphere. Football University is an engaging and instructional workshop geared toward women to help increase their knowledge of the sport.

Presented by Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University Orthopedics -- Team Physicians of the St. Louis Rams, Football University will include a behind the scenes look at Russell Training Center, two complimentary tickets to the Rams versus Vikings game on October 11, a Rams tote bag as well as an entertaining program. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the United Way of Greater St. Louis.

Doors will open at 6:30 pm, with the program running from 7-9 pm. Food and beverages will be served followed by an autograph session at the conclusion of the event.
