As both a major employer and health care provider in the region, Barnes-Jewish Hospital has a leadership role to play in advancing diversity and cultural competence in the St. Louis community. The BJH Foundation supported Hospital leadership in this effort with a $1.56 million gift to launch the Barnes-Jewish Hospital Center for Diversity and Cultural Competence.
