Just as the daisy cannot survive without the bee, nurses cannot survive without the outstanding teamwork provided by other health care professionals.
Nominate a Staff Member for the BEE Award
About the BEE Award
The BEE Award (Being Exceedingly Exceptional) was established at Barnes-Jewish Hospital to recognize health care professionals who assist nurses in delivering extraordinary care to our patients and families. Those eligible for a BEE Award include patient care technicians, student nurse technicians, unit secretaries, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, dietary staff, Environmental Services technicians, registration staff, etc.
Anyone can nominate a health care professional at Barnes-Jewish Hospital for a BEE Award – whether you are a patient, family member, visitor, fellow BJC team member, physician or part of a campus clinic staff.
Each BEE Award honoree will be recognized in their unit at a ceremony and will receive a certificate, BEE Award pin, bee-shaped cookies for their unit, and other meaningful gifts.
