- has one of the busiest trauma centers in the state.
- sponsors community programs that prevent and educate about trauma.
Together, Washington University faculty and Barnes-Jewish Hospital work closely with the Residency Program to provide the surgery residents and nursing staff with up-to-date general and specialty surgical experience along with unique hands-on patient care opportunities.
