Thank you for your interest in the David A. Gee Administrative Fellowship at Barnes-Jewish Hospital!
To apply you must have completed an MBA, MHA, MPH, MHSA or equivalent course work prior to the start of the fellowship in June/July 2023. This includes graduate programs that require a fellowship as part of their program requirements to receive a degree. We do not sponsor international visas for this fellowship.
The David A. Gee Fellowship at Barnes-Jewish Hospital participates in the National Administrative Fellowship Centralized Application Service (NAFCAS). Our application is now live on NAFCAS. Please email us at [email protected] with any financial concerns regarding the NAFCAS application.
Our first-year fellows will be hosting informational webinars. To register for one of these webinars, please visit our LinkedIn Page.
The following will be the application requirements for submission on the NAFCAS website:
- Cover letter
- Current resume
- One to two page personal statement (Prompt Provided on NAFCAS website)
- 1 Short Answer Question (Prompt Provided on NAFCAS website)
- Letters of Recommendation:
- Applicant's program director/graduate professor
- Past or present employer or supervisor
- Reference of applicant's choosing (preferably academic or professional)
- Official graduate school transcripts
Important Application Dates:
Application Go-Live: June 2022
Application Deadline: October 7th, 2022; Applications will start being reviewed in a rolling format starting tentatively September 26th, 2022, so please turn your application in early if possible.
Preliminary Interviews: Expected October 3rd - 11th, 2022
On-Site/Virtual Interviews: Expected October 20th - 21st, 2022
Start Date: Expected June/July 2023
