Services for families of maternity patients
While your loved one is in the hospital, you can access multiple amenities in our Parkview Family Lounge. Here you can take advantage of the following features:

- Washers and dryers
- Bathrooms with showers
- A quiet space with recliner sleeper chairs
- A space for your gathering
Patients and families can also check out laptops and DVD players at no charge. Other complimentary services offered in the Parkview Family Lounge include:

Find the Parkview Family Lounge on the second floor of the Parkview Tower. From the maternity floors, take the Women & Infants Center elevators to the building’s lobby. Then take the Parkview Tower elevators located on the other side of the information desk to the second floor.
The Parkview Family Lounge is open:
- Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Weekends: 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

St. Louis Children’s Hospital Concierge Services
To make your hospital visit as effortless as possible, we provide concierge services free of charge. The Ronald McDonald Family Room focuses on providing families with babies in the newborn intensive care unit (NICU) a place to recharge. Here you’re free to use the amenities, including:
- Laundry facilities
- Bathrooms with showers
- Kitchenette with coffee and snacks
- A quiet resting room
- Computers with internet access
- A family gathering room with televisions
The Ronald McDonald Room is staffed by volunteers who are there to help you. It’s open 12 hours a day and located on the fifth floor of St. Louis Children’s Hospital, just steps away from the NICU.
