Last spring, hundreds of our medical center community members shared their hospital experiences on colorful strips of paper. These powerful words were given to talented music composition students at Webster University. As a result they have created original music inspired by and dedicated to our amazing, diverse community of patients, families and team members that embody Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Ultimately, the color strips of paper were folded into tiny stars — our own constellation of inspiration, resilience and hope.
Join us as the beautiful music is played for the first time at Siteman Cancer Center in the Center for Advanced Medicine lobby.
Sunday, March 3, 2013, 2 p.m.
Composers from Webster University include: Eric Humphrey; Nathan Loseke; Samuel Naumann; Chris Poetz; and Justin Sebelski.
